It does a pretty good job at smoothing out my belly pooch. Where I have noticed the biggest results is on my sides giving me a more defined hout glass figure.

It really all depends on if you are purchasing alone for long or short torso? It took me buying a few & sending back to find the right one for me. Always remember they have 3-4 rows of hooks so after wearing it for just a few days I was already at the second hook. I’m 5’9 & currently 206lbs. I’ve purchased the xl & from start I was able to start @ the last row. It has some space in it. I recommend sizing 1-2 sizes down to effectively train.
