Do these take metalic pads?

I have used both types of pads with different discs. I think it comes down to preference and type/where you ride.

Does buying this once give you a pair or just one disc?

Just a single rotor, plus 6 bolts.

What is the recommended torque for the disc mounting bolts?

It comes with new mount screws and torque specs

Do I need caliper mounts for going from 160mm to 180mm?

I don't think so cause there is a measurement mounting screw spacing on the hub / adapter, so you look up that info and then you can select a rotor that fits..and you caliper would hopefully adjust outward to accommodate the bigger size rotor...

トラップあり

ディスク自体は問題無さそうなんですが、付属のトルクスレンチの精度が悪すぎと言うトラップ有りw ちゃんとした工具を用意しましょう。ネジも付属してますけど、こっちは大丈夫っぽいです。

Not bad!

These are my go-to for budget rotors. Not super heavy and straight as an arrow. Using with Shimano calipers and metal pads with no issues. They'll probably rub slightly when you first install, but it will go away after a ride.
