I tried mixing it with several things, but the best way was to put it in a 1 oz. pill cup, shoot it down an follow it with ice water. Mixing it with anything just prolonged the agony. **Q: type of sweetner** A: Pro-Stat is sugar free,contains fructose, a low glycemic sweetener. **Q: Whatnsweetner is used?** A: Pro-Stat 64 is sugarfree...no sweetener added which is what I use.
