I was skeptical at first to purchase this shirt because of some of the negative reviews, however, I'm glad I didn't listen and ordered it anyway. Bought this shirt for my wife and she loves it! It fits and she still has room in it. She would've probably been ok with the large, however, she wanted to be on the safe side. She would rather have it a little large than too small.
