Works brilliantly. You need to descale it monthly if in a hard water area. It had stopped keeping heat as well, but this was resolved after I descaled it. You also need to fill it to the brim with boiling water. If you partially fill it then it cools faster. I fill it at 8am and it's still steaming hot 12 hours later. I've had it 4 months now.

Good size/design and holding heat well. Also, very good customer services! My first one purchased did not work after a year due to some reasons. I contacted the company and the customer service replaced it with a new one with efficiency and politeness. A manufacturer that can be trusted. Would highly recommend.

Why did you choose this product over others?:This is the best thermos coffee jug I’ve had. It’s neat, good looking, keeps liquids hot for hours. Positive threads making opening and closing very easy. This is definitely value for money.

Good at keeping drinks warm/cold. Leaks when tipped despite not pushing down the lever.

Keeps the coffee hot for hours. Easy-to operate no-drip pouring. Looks nice. When we have guests, I make one pot of coffee, put it in the carafe and immediately make another pot for the house. Then our guests can take the carafe to their room or outside. Also, we are simply saved from having to leap up to make another pot of coffee right away.

منتازة جدا تحفض الحرارة كما المعتاد

Top top top kann ich da nur sagen also wenn ihr eine Thermoskanne haben wollt die wirklich 24 stunden heiß bleibt dann kann ich diese Kanne wirklich nur empfehlen. Meine Mutsch hatt sich gestern heißes Wasser eingefüllt 11:30 und heute Mittag 11:45 dampfte sie immernoch also vorsichtig es ist wirklich noch heiß nach 24 stunden. Ich hatte iht vorher eine andere geschenkt deren Marke ich jetzt nicht sagen werde aber die war leider nach 8stunden schon lauwarm obwohl da stand 24 stunden warm und 48 st kalt naja warm und kalt sind ja eine frage der Definition:)

Honnêtement, c'est génial pour garder longtemps du chaud. 20h bien chaud et même 30h après remplissage,le liquide reste tiède.
