It comes with two different levels of trim height plastic guards 3-6mm , 10-13mm.

Can it do anal hairs?

I’ve not personally tried but I’m sure you could have a crack at it with a mirror 🙃

Yes it does it was bought for my son as a xmas present and he is well pleased with it
