My favorite soy sauce.
This soy sauce is not too salty and has a nice flavor. It is my favorite soy sauce because the flavor is not altered after cooking, whether I prepare a meal at a higher temperature, or just simmer.

Try not to use too much soy sauce, but sometimes I need it. Sampio soy sauce reminds me of my old childhood memories. Too dark colors and sweet to my liking, but okay to use since I use it only sparingly.
