is the flex foam made with any form of plastic?

I am not sure of what they are made of, but I do not order them any longer because they are too hard and two narrow. I now buy Tena Overnight pads, they are soft and wider. There are 2 packages of 45 pads in each order.

What’s the length of size 5?

The thin Size 5 pads ARE NOT the same exact length nor are they the same width in the back as the thicker Always size 5 extra heavy overnight maxi pads. You would think you're getting the same pad just thinner, but you're not. These pads are actually only several inches longer than the Always extra long pantyliners. There's no way that these are 13 inches because if they were then they wouldn't be so much smaller than the size 5 maxis which are over 15 inches in length. The back of the thin size 5s are supposed to be "60% wider" according to the package, but they're not even wide with the flared out shape like the back of the thicker size 5 pads. If you have super heavy periods and are hoping to sleep through the night without an accident these are NOT the pads for you. If you have super heavy periods and you're looking for a thin extra heavy pad to wear outside of the house, these aren't it. I definitely wouldn't trust these not to fail and leak while I'm out and about. Just buy the size 5 maxi pads and deal with the bulky fit.
