However, out of pure desperation, I took a risk and bought it. I’m so glad I did!I have 2 sons and only 1 rocking chair. We keep the rocking chair in my older son’s room. When my second son was born, I needed a way to rock him in our bedroom (that’s where he sleeps). We didn’t have room for another rocking chair and didn’t really have the room for another one anyway.This portable rocker makes it possible to rock the baby in our bed (propped on the headboard) and can put him back in his bassinet. I’ve been using it for several months and it has saved me a lot of back pain. Also, I take the rocker on trips! Saves me the struggle of trying to rock a baby in a hotel without a rocking chair.
