Is this produced and processed in a gluten and nut free facility?

Our Potassium Bicarbonate is processed in a facility that is free of common allergens, but it is packaged in a facility that also packages almond flour, soy flour, rice products, and oats that are not gluten-free. We have controls in place to prevent cross-contamination, but there is still a minute possibility through residual airborne dust.

I wish I knew also. Since it's not being heated, I don't worry, but transferring to a glass container is always wise. I think I'll do that. When I purchased mine, it was not sealed and that troubled me a bit

Can this be used to make homemade ramen noodles? My understanding is it is the same as kansui.

this is not salt. I use it to reduce the acidity of my coffee beverages. It contains no sodium, unlike bicarbonate of soda. It is slightly bitter. I believe it is also used in wine making to get the proper acidity levels
