I have a Greek butter carrots recipe that called for Zaatar seasoning, and to be honest, I had never heard of it before and none of the grocery stores in my area had it either, so relying on Amazon and “bingo” there it was! I ordered it and next day it was at my home! Since then I use it for many other things, salad dressing, Greek pasta dishes, and more! Large quantity and great flavor!

I am just getting into Middle Eastern cooking, and with Easter coming up, this spice is is essential. It is different than what I am used to, but is still great. Gives a nice, warm flavor to home-made bread, as well as to soups and stews. Try it - you won't have your spice cabinet without it!

Great seasoning. Just what I was after.

This is the first time I’ve tried Za’atar seasoning. I put it in a recipe for shrimp and vegetables. It complimented both, with a thyme and oregano base. Very nice. It’s not overpowering; which was great. Next, I’ll use it on chicken. The quality and freshness were appreciated. I’d buy it again. The quantity is a lot for the price.

It was good but did not seem verry fresh. Some of the herbs were like splinters, one actully poked and stuck in my gums. I would try another brand next time. 3 STARS

I was trying a new recipe, and had never heard of this spice. It sounded interesting, so I wanted to try it. Amazing! It was an air fryer recipe and it made the house smell delicious! My husband and I loved the meal (chicken). I would recommend this. The order even came a day early!
