Never seen a twist lock a hose. The one i purchased was plain and simple, no problems. You may want to take your hose to a business that sells C-Paps and get them to show you how to remove the twist lock. **Q: Is this tube fit for resmed N20?** A: I say yes ! once had N20 forever ! **Q: Does this come with the clip you use to attach to your shirt?** A: No clip included. Just the stretch connectors at either end (one for the CPAP device and one for the mask connector). **Q: Is this Dreamstation 2 compatible?** A: It is just standard size and attachments.
