Does it work with Epson sublimation printer?

This sublimation HTV can be used on ANY printer that ONLY has sublimation INK. NO OTHER "plain/normal" pigmentation ink will work.

Has anyone tried using this to sublimate on a stainless steel tumbler?

You can buy polycrylic and take a paintbrush and paint it on the outside of the cup and it will work to sublimate on. That's a recipe that's 1 cup of water and 2 teaspoons of the polycrylic to make your own sublimation spray but I tried that on the stainless steel mug and it didn't take very well but when I painted it in it worked really good.

Can this apply to clear stadium bags?

I don't believe so. It is white

Can you do it on 100% cotton? Or it has to be poly or blended?

Ignore the person who said it will not sublimate to cotton, they obviously have little knowledge of the product. Yes, it’ll sublimate to 100% cotton if you so choose.
