Why is that happening and how do I fix it?** A: My Lenovo Flex-5 laptop USB-C port or either of my 2 USB-A ports CAN power the monitor, but they do NOT provide video. I have to use the HDMI port for video. **Q: How is it powered** A: USB cable from computer (or other USB power source) to monitor or from the included USB power adapter to the monitor. Includes the USB power adapter and needed cables. **Q: Anyone use this in portrait mode (vertically)?** A: Yes it does, at least using Windows. You can change the Windows display settings to portrait mode then it flips 90 degrees.Note it is not automatically. **Q: Wont power on and ive tried all the trouble shooting ?? So am i just out of luck?? Cool** A: If you are hooking it up via the mini hdmi, you must have power source via the usbc (the bottom one) to an actual plug/outlet. Sound Quality is poor, so don't expect to be taking calls and relying on the speakers2. THe Auto HDR mode is kinda annoying, when using apps on dark mode, the screen goes too dark and hence becomes a pain to read stuff (Maybe a personal preference) - would have liked it to be a bit more brightPros:1. Lightweight, slim and portable2. The Case/Stand is good and allows for good angles3. Screen is amazing and can easily view HDR content without any issues4. Color reproduction is goodI haven't been able to figure out how to set Gsync settings on the secondary device, but since I mostly use it for work, I don't need it so have left it.Would recommend folks to buy it as it is really awesome.
