I recently had a problem with the blue light on the lid when I changed the water filter for the first time. The blue light keeps blinking and would not shut off. You are suppose to press in once every refill. I contacted Waterdrop company and they asked for the order numbers of filter and the pitcher and in return they would send a replacement lid. This company is so awesome and the product is so great they sent me a brand new pitcher with a new water filter included. I now have four new filters because I ordered filter replacements from Amazon and now the new one in the pitcher the company sent me. There really is a difference in the taste and quality of the water because I receive city water from Portsmouth NH and it has so much chlorine in it that the odor in the morning when I turn on the tap water in the kitchen sink stinks so bad that I usually waste and run it a long time trying to flush it out of my pipes. I have to say that these filters work quickly with water flowing out of them fast, especially when you first start using them. They do not slow down until at the very least a month after you use them. The first filter did not have to be replaced until the third month of use and it was because of the solids it filtered from the city water. Not only do you taste and smell the difference you can see the difference every time you use it. I drink a half to a gallon of water a day and this is the greatest pitcher filter for the money and one of the best purchases I have made over the years from Amazon. I highly recommend this product. The pitcher itself is sturdy, the handle is comfortable to hold because it fits nicely in your hand with no sharp edges. When you have a full pitcher it can have a lot of weight but because of the design it is comfortable to hold and easy to pour. The pitcher fits in my refrigerator which is great and the design of the lid keeps the water from picking up the flavors of scents that may be lingering in the refrigerator.

We ordered this for our water drop filter and are super happy with it! It has very clear and simple instructions upon arriving to have it ready for use in your filter. So thankful to have these as a replacement for our filter! Seems to last a while and I like that it comes in a two pack so we already have the second one ready once this one is done. Our family drinks lots of water so we try to change it every two months. Seems like a great filter and we always love the taste of our water. Easy to install, and gives us great peace of mind that our water is clean! It also filters the water pretty quickly, so when you put water in, you don’t have to wait super long for it to be filtered! We really love this water filter and have appreciated the filter replacements. The size fits perfectly into the water drop filter. Also looks super sleek! We will be customers for a long time!

I picked up the Waterdrop WD-PF-01A Plus replacement filters for our pitcher, and they’ve been working great so far. Swapping out the old filter was quick and straightforward, with no leaks or weird fitting issues. The filter clicks right into place and feels secure. 4 stars for filter, 2 stars because one was cracked. Bought these filters, love the water pitcher. But 5 months later I used the first one, and looked at the 2nd in box. One of them was cracked on the bottom had to throw it out. I'm opening the box this next time and checking them when they arrive d/t 30 day amazon warranty.

I’ve been using this Waterdrop replacement filter for a while now and always keep it on repeat order. It fits perfectly in the Waterdrop pitcher, no wiggling, no leaks, and no need to force it in. Just a quick click and it’s good to go. The size is compact enough that it doesn’t take up too much space in the reservoir, so it doesn’t interfere with how much water the pitcher holds. And the capacity is great, one filter lasts me about two months with daily use, sometimes longer depending on how often we refill. What I love most is that the water always tastes super clean. It’s NSF certified and filters out PFAS and other contaminants, which gives me peace of mind. I can definitely tell the difference when it’s time to replace it, the taste starts to shift just slightly. I have never had an issue with them and they fit snuggly in the hole. Taste is good and they usually flow quite fast! I can fill up my pitcher in just a few minutes. The filters also last longer than I thought they would.

Great quality and excellent value for money, especially since it comes in a pack of three. I purchased this in August 2025, and even with daily use, we’ve only gone through two filters so far—we still have one left. It does a really good job filtering tap water, and the flow rate is surprisingly fast, which makes it very convenient for everyday use. Overall, reliable, efficient, and definitely worth the price considering how long they last. Would happily buy again.

Ummmm... It's a water filter. I used it for filtering water 🤷🏼‍♀️. It says that it works on PFOS/PFOA.

You have to pay for the return. I decided to contact the company in the USA. With significant weeks of a runaround (frustrating), the Manager of the company did step in and agreed to refund my cost of purchasing these filters, without having to return the product. To pay for the return wasn't worth it to me because of the cost it would have taken from Canada back to the USA. So, the MANAGER I thank very much and I appreciate him doing that. He left me a voice mail and also a message through Amazon messaging that was very nice and sincere. He came through !! Awesome job sir. :) I gave a 4 star rating for the filter and took 1 star away because of the weeks of going in circles trying to get a rufund before the deadline. I decided to return the Waterdrop container/tank (water holder) and the filters because it was too time consuming for me to fill the tank, let it filter, fill up water bottles/jugs, etc to place in fridge for water to get cold. Then fill up the tank again. It was too much work. So, I decided to go with an under the sink water filter (good for 5 years) attached to the cold water line and it's so much easier.
