A Must-have Gym Accessory!
I love this item, although calling it a Triceps Rope is selling it short since it can be used in all sorts of ways. I currently use it for: 1. Triceps pushdowns: Where the extra length really helps to get a much better contraction at the bottom position. Also, if you stand further away from the cable machine and lean forward you can fully close up your arms at the top of the movement, giving a complete range of motion and muscle stretch. 2. Cable Curls: Although the hand positioning makes it more akin to an EZ-Curl bar than a straight bar. The advantage to this is that you can lean back to get more resistance throughout the movement, avoiding some of the dead spots you get with free-weight curls. 3. Face Pulls: The extra length on this rope allows you to do the movement properly and get your hands right out to the side. Previously I've had to use 2 traditional triceps ropes to do this as they aren't long enough. Obviously there are lots of other ways you could use it too! The construction of the rope seems really good and I can see it lasting a long time. The foam in the grips is good quality too and makes using the rope very comfortable, even with heavier weights. Speaking of weight, don't be surprised if you need to lower the weight from what you normally use due to the extra range of motion that this attachment allows for. A special mention needs to go to Amazon for how quick they got this to me from the USA to the UK. I ordered it 5:30pm on Wednesday, and it was with me by 10:30am on Friday. Amazing! And all for less than ยฃ35 including delivery and duties. Overall this was an excellent purchase for the money and I've already spotted a few people in the gym taking note when I've been using it. I expect it's only a matter of time before someone asks me where I got it from! UPDATE 28/03/22: Just an update to say that this is still going strong and showing no signs of wear despite being used every week. The foam handles can sometimes get a little bunched up but you can just straighten them out easily enough and it's as good as new again. I've also started using it for the following upper back exercises: 4. Straight arm cable pushdowns: Using a high pulley, just bend forward at the start of the movement, and stand up straight as your arms move down and you can pretty much get a 180 degree range of motion, great for the lats. 5. Seated cable pullovers: Just position an upright bench with your back facing the high pulley and get your arms right back for a good stretch. I stop at parallel with the ground, but you could go further if you want to hit the chest more. Keep your head back against the bench to avoid sawing it in half with the cable, and brace your core so you're not over arching your lower back. 6. Standing cable trap raises: Attach to a low pulley and, starting at parallel with the ground, lift your arms up and as far back as you can. Great for the traps and mid-back. So yeah, still highly recommended and I really wouldn't want to be without it now as my workouts simply wouldn't be as good!

Multi-use
Pretty good, itโs versatile, I use it also for overhead triceps, face pulls and straight arm pull downs as well.

Great tool for extending range of motion.
I love that the strap is long and very comfortable on the hands. When doing tricep push downs, it is easy to get extension past the midline of the body to maximize shortening of the tricep muscle which leads to a much better contraction and hypertrophic response. Way better range of motion than a standard rope. I particularly like this for doing face pulls, as this once again allows you a much better range of motion than using a standard rope due to its long length.. The soft handles are very comfortable, and it allows you to get good external rotation as you pull the rope toward your face to optimize targeting the infraspinatus, rhomboids, and middle traps. This is also great for doing cable tricep extensions, and cable ab crunches.

Better than the regular gym options.
It's comfortable but I don't feelike I get the full support of another product's hand grips.

Just what I needed for pull throughs and face pulls on cable machine.
Purchased this item over a year ago now, and it is still holding up to our 3x a week (or more) workouts at the gym. It was what I needed for safely and effectively performing cable pull throughs and face pulls, as the typical gym attachments didn't really work for me. Obviously great for triceps work as well. Well worth the cost - hope it continues to last as it is now an essential in my gym bag.

Built to last. I promise.
I love this strap. It has so many uses from back, to arms to shoulder exercises and more. This thing is built to last. I've had mine for a couple of years, and there is no sign of wear or tear. A few months ago a friend saw me using it and asked to borrow it. He was so impressed by it that everytime he saw me he asked to use it. Knowing his financial situation wasn't great, I ordered one for him, and he uses it all the time with no issues. If you're looking for something that won't rip apart on you, this is the one you need.

Great product
Just like the attachments youโd find in a commercial gym. Works great for ab crunches and tricep workouts. Harder to lose your grip.

Best on the Market
I have been training for 40+ years and this one of the nicest and most versatile products that everyone who is serious about training should have. As soon as you grab the handles you will know what I mean. You are not restricted by a solid handle, it allows you to use your biomechanics and range of motion, it has padding in the handles and it is very well constructed.

This product has more comfortable padding compared to the Vulken Tricep Rope
The Hustle Athletics Tricep Rope Cable Attachment has more padding compared to the Vulken Tricep Rope. The lengths are similar and if you do prefer a padded feeling similar to the Vulken Tricep Rope it is possible to use a grip on where the Hustle Athletics logo placement is on their product to feel a similar type of workout you would get using the Vulken Tricep Rope rope. Overall, I prefer to use the Hustle Athletics Tricep Rope Cable Attachment as in my experience purchasing/owning/using both products. The Hustle Athletics Tricep Rope is a superior product in comparison to the Vulken Tricep Rope. The added padding for a handle side on the Hustle Athletics cable attachment allows me to have more comfort doing various workouts. I recommend this product!

Great alternative to a typical rope
This rope is better than a tradition tricep rope. A traditional rope has most of the time plastic balls attached to the end and they will hurt your palms when you reach the strentght limit. With this rope you eliminate the issue of not feeling comfortable when reaching the strength limit. On top of that it provides a lot more stability, better range of motion, and it has two grip lengths you can choose between. It is all around a better option to use when compared to a traditional rope.

Good rope. Could be slightly longer
It's significantly better than the typical rope. Nicer to hold and better alignment and rom. As a different reviewer said its also nice to use for cable machine hamstring curls if you have limited equipment. I think it would benefit from being be 1-2 inches longer each side though
