Great vitamin D supplement
I’ve always been deficient in Vitamin D, with consistent levels of 18. I had to take 10k iu every day as advised by my doctor after getting bloodwork that showed the low levels I had. I picked this brand, and after 4-6 weeks I repeated my bloodwork and my levels of vitamin D were 66. I was amazed and happy it worked so well for me. I now only take 5k iu a day for maintenance and will retest in a month to see if levels are still good. Very satisfied with this product, no side effects, all positive results and very high absorption in my opinion.

Great product, but it is way over packaged
I have been very happy with the product for quite some time. My only complaint is the product is over packaged. The bottles are much too big for the number of capsules in the bottle. Surely that could be remedied easily. I have trashing these containers.

Pros and Cons
Love these vitamins, but 3 things are a point of concern: First the price has risen faster than other brands of the same item. Second, the bottle is way bigger than it needs to be for the amount of vitimins. Third, if you order these in the heat of summer--they may clump. That said, these vitamins are top quality and helps with bone, skin, and immune system.

The best ever!
This product is awesome! I had my Vitamin D3 levels checked and was 120 I guess it not supposed to be over 100 ,mine has been around 85. But this really kicked in the butt! Do you have a D3 1000 for the summer time ,I played a lot of golf this summer with my son,so I was in the sun more than usual,or can somebody tell me if 120 is too high. I’m 70 and feel great .I did back off taking it everyday,also I live Ohio as soon as winter sets in I’ll kick it up notch for the short days! I been taking Vitamin D for a lot of years but never found anything as good as this! I will definitely be trying there other products
