Shade: “Pink” Photos attached - only applied 1 coat It’s that polish that you see on a friend’s nails and you HAVE TO ASK what polish are you wearing?!? (Which is exactly what happened) I’m no pro manicurist - with that being said, I found the polish to be easy to use/apply. I prefer 1 coat because I like the translucency! Personally reminds me of “the perfect nails” from the movie Legally Blonde, if you know you know aha. The more coats you apply the more opaque the shade gets. It has a SLIGHT shimmer and I mean so minimal, not distracting and only appears in certain lighting in a pretty way (I don’t even think a photo/video could capture the shimmer). It does a good job concealing any nail imperfections in my opinion, stays on well with no top coat, and drys fairly fast. It’s not as pink as it looks and gives a great Natural French Tip illusion!! Keep in mind that this is a regular polish, and using a top coat would probably allow it to stay on longer - it’s in no way a gel polish that will last 3-4 weeks with no chips. I apply no top coat and only 1 coat of polish and it lasts me a week. ( I’m one to re-manicure my nails once a week though to maintain shape, length, and polish - so this does not bother me ) I know it’s more on the pricy side for a polish.. but I’m also one to use a bottle of polish until it’s gone. So I personally feel I get my moneys worth! Annnndddddd it goes on sale occasionally :) so keep an eye out!

This product is great for people who like natural nails. It has a brightening and concealing effect, making my nails look natural but better. Even though it’s subtle, I’ve have gotten a lot of compliments on this polish. I use it on my fingers and toes- just one coat and it dries super fast. Even though I’m a runner and cyclist, it stays on until I take it off. I don’t like gel manicures because of the damage and I just don’t have the patience to sit in a nail salon. I dont have the talent to do my nails myself (this polish is very forgiving if you make a mistake). I dont like a bright nail colors bc the first chip happens so fast and obviously chipped nails look worse than bare nails. Because this is so subtle, you won’t notice a chip (but they really don’t chip somehow). I like my natural nails and this enhances them, making it look like I take great care of my nails (but really I just put one coat on in 5 minutes and let it dry while reading a book in the sun). Plus I save a ton of money since skipping the manicures.

This nail concealer is simply amazing and I’ve tried MANY. I love how easy it is to apply and I love all the shades of nail concealers available to purchase. Dries quickly, lasts about a week before I have to do little touch ups. I’ve told so many friends about this great polish..trust me…it’s cheaper to buy this concealer than going to a salon. Your nails will look healthier, have a pretty classy look to them. Pure Elegance! Buy with confidence. Hugs!

I’ve tried gel nails which never lasted more than a week and then went to dip nails which didn’t last more than 10 days without chipping and I developed cold like symptoms. I loved having the finished look those visits gave me. However, the price, durability and time spent at the salon wasn’t for me anymore. I was frustrated. I discovered an add for this polish and thought I’d give it a try. I LOVE it. It goes on easily and gives my nails that French manicure look without the painting of the tips. It dries quick. It’s helped me break away from the salon and the need to try other nail enhancements. I recommend this product for its ease and appearance. I’m picky and really love it. I know it’s 20 dollars a bottle but going to the salon twice a month is much more expensive.

Follow up review: It’s been over a year since my original review and KUR is still my go-to polish. Out of all the other “nail concealers” on Amazon that I’ve tried, this one is by far the most effective at concealing. A quick coat or two gives your nails a put together look, no matter how little time you have or however lazy you are! HOWEVER, be warned that the polish thickens over time and the bottle does not last long. I’ve had to re-purchase long before I ran out because the polish was so thick, it was impossible to use. I’ve had the same bottle Essie “Mademoiselle” for probably a decade and it’s probably still usable, but Londontown won’t last more than 6 months. Use it quickly and it won’t be a problem, but don’t expect to store it indefinitely. Still keeping the original 4 stars because I do like the polish. Original review: My nails have never been strong or been able to grow long. With age (I’m 43), I’ve noticed a few ridges and a touch of discoloration. I used to get acrylics, but honestly between the cost, time, and damage to my nails, it just wasn’t worth it. I’ve been looking for an all-in-one product to help keep my nails looking good, while I try to rehab and grow them out… KUR seemed to tick all my boxes. Here’s what I thought: What I liked: -beautiful color: cool tone, slightly iridescent, milky pinkish that immediately makes your nails look polished and put together. -after a few coats, nails look great! It does cover and conceal mild to moderate issues. -can get away with using without base or topcoat (but looks even better with a shiny topcoat). -dries fast! -smooth application, the fan brush shape is fantastic (I’m terrible at painting my nails, but the shape was very helpful keeping polish on the nail, even going in corners without painting my entire finger). -self leveling polish! Easier to get a streak-free finish than 90% of the other ones that I’ve tried. What I didn’t: -had to do 2 or more coats to achieve desired look -looks very similar to an Essie Gel Couture color I already own but doesn’t last as long. I can definitely get 5 days with prep, but it chips sooner than Essie (on my nails at least). -bottle is on the smaller side, price is $20 -for major ridges or discoloration: this won’t be enough on its own. I do think it’s of the best polishes, and I’ll definitely continue to buy it…however it’s not a miracle the hype leads you to believe! PS: I have this on “subscribe and save” every 3 months now because of how thick it starts getting around the 5-6 mark. It does occasionally go on sale too.

Welp. I found my new go-to polish with the PINK illuminating nail concealer. I tried both the milky and the pink, and my fave is the pink. The milky doesn’t look yellow per se, but if I hold them up against the light, there’s definitely more of a yellow tone over time with the milky. My old go-to was the Essie Gel Couture in the twisty bottle in color 40 Fairy Tailor (not actually gel, but “gel like”) which is also an excellent polish, but this one is better. It lasts a little bit longer and looks nicer for longer. And unlike the Essie one, it doesn’t yellow in the sun at the end of its life span, nor does it get thick in the bottle as quickly. I’ll take a video to show you the viscosity and amount after 3 months. This polish is beautiful. Easy to apply with a great brush that I can do 1-2 strokes for the whole nail. Gives you that extra touch that makes you feel polished even when you’re not put together. It dries quickly. I still use my Essie Gel Couture top coat which works wonderfully. I get about 8-10 days out of it when I wipe my nails with rubbing alcohol before painting. The polish nor my routine with the rubbing alcohol does not make my nails less healthy. In fact, keeping them polished protects them and makes them so much less likely to split, which is my main problem (my nails can split down below where I would normally clip and they also split lengthwise along the nail itself almost like I can peel the top layer off). But I really knew I needed to re-purchase this one when I looked at when I had last purchased it which was 3 months prior. I did my nails with ONLY this polish, two coats each time, every 8 days or so. So it was well worth the $20. I could still get a couple manis out of that bottle probably but I just like fresh bottles so much better and since I don’t get them professionally done, I indulge in the fresh bottle.

Looks great with 2 coats. Semi transparent with a lite pink tinge which is what was advertised. However, even with a base & top clear coat, the polish lasted only a little over a week. It chipped off from every tip to about 1/2 down each nail. Disappointing.

My nails are thin, look terrible and I am very bad at painting them. Three coats of this and I am actually not embarrassed to point at something in a meeting. A little pricy but it’s my go to when I don’t have time or energy to do anything else.

I’m happy with my product and the quick arrival time.

Lovely nail polish that doesn’t wear quickly and makes your nails look so healthy. A natural polished look for all occasions.
