These have a nice taste and do the job, but with most mints, it's not a super long effect. I am not sure why in the review it says 'easy to swallow' as I don't think you are suppose to swallow it whole? I let it melt in my mouth, and sometimes would crunch on it. Overall, decent breath mints, and the price isn't too shabby for how many you get. I like the healing properties in it, but would probably not purchase them again.
