Can I sharp thinner (texturizer) shears on this system?

There is literally no type of shear or scissor that can’t be sharpened with this system. It’s amazing

is there a way to measure the existing scissors cutting angle to set?

most scissors have 30 to 40 degree angles. set the tool on either one what you think is right and do a scratch test on the machine with the motor off. Wolff industry has lots of videos on youtube about how to work the machine. Go check them out.
