Great book, would recommend!
Even though the price is quit hefty for an E-book, i must say i really enjoyed it! The way the writer incorporated the DISC System to classify the different types of individuals really made me understand the topic to a greater depth. I found out that some of my acquaintances actually have a few of the Psychopathic traits that are mentioned in this book, even though i never really knew how to deal with them, now i finally have some strategies in the back of my mind.To be frank, i haven't read the first book "Surrounded by Idiots" , and this book does mention that a lot of information and concepts in are based and repeated from the previous one, however this book explains everything thoroughly.Honestly a very helpful book and especially for those who want to know how to deal with toxic people.

Perfect Sequel
I cannot emphasize enough how much young professionals need to read this. After reading his first book 'Surrounded by Idiots', there was a rapid change in my perspective as i could relate it to almost every single person in my life and I could definitely understand that how a professional who might seem like an idiot is necessary for an efficient team depending on the color they fall under. This book takes it a step further to understand the "phsycopaths" amongst those 4 colors. As the author mentioned that this book is a bit more darker and harsher than his previous one and I definitely agree to that, but let's face it not everything is unicorns and rainbows. Personally, both his books have helped me a lot professionally and I can totally see how some people might find value from this in their personal lives as well. I highly recommend this book for young professionals who have a couple of years of corporate exposure. With all that said, I would not recommend reading this book before the previous one 'Surrounded by Idiots', although the author does a quick recap in the beginning, I felt it would have a stronger impact if the reader is well aware of the 4-color-idiots from his first book.

Not Like its Predecessor
A decent book, but if you've read "Surrounded by Idiots," recommend passing on this one. Not much new introduced in this sequel.

Good book
The book was good, but I would have liked it if he offered a perspective independent of his first book (Surrounded by Idiots). I read Surrounded by Idiots, but I didn't like how much of this book was written within the context of his first book.
