## Description

The Cork Pops Legacy Wine Bottle Opener offers a fast, effortless, and reliable way to open wine bottles with confidence and ease. Designed for simplicity, this innovative opener uses a patented single-step motion that removes corks cleanly and smoothly. Just insert the needle into the cork, press the button, and the cork is released with a classic, satisfying pop—no twisting, pulling, or broken corks. Built for convenience, the opener features an integrated four-blade foil cutter located on the base stand, allowing for quick and precise foil removal without the need for additional tools. This streamlined design keeps everything you need in one place, making wine service faster and more enjoyable whether at home or when entertaining guests. At the core of the Legacy Wine Opener is a low-pressure inert gas cartridge that safely ejects the cork without affecting the wine’s flavor or bouquet. The propellant is specifically engineered to be wine-friendly and environmentally responsible, ensuring consistent performance while preserving the integrity of every bottle. Each cartridge is easily replaceable and opens up to 60 bottles of wine, making it ideal for both occasional use and frequent entertaining. Safety and comfort are built into every detail. A protective needle guard helps reduce the risk of accidental contact, while the ergonomic shape provides a comfortable, secure grip during use. The compact size, measuring approximately 2.25 x 6.75 inches, allows for easy storage in a kitchen drawer, bar cart, or countertop stand. Individually packaged for protection, the Cork Pops Legacy Wine Bottle Opener makes a thoughtful and practical gift for wine lovers, hosts, newlyweds, and special occasions. Designed to work with standard wine bottles, it delivers dependable performance, modern convenience, and a refined wine-opening experience every time.

Review: I love this thing - This is a better mousetrap, it really is. And it's such fun to use. Great conversation piece. Ideal gift item; everyone loves it. In truth, it's not the easiest thing to use, just because it's not obvious how to use it, how much force is needed to get the needle in, how much force is needed to pull the cork out, how to free the cork after it's pulled. I mean, for me, it's super-simple, but I've seen others struggle with it. For the mechanically declined, perhaps the simpler model without the collar piece may be more intuitive; but this model looks really nice, and I think the collar piece reduces the risk of damaging the needle by not going straight down. If you are expecting that the cork pops right out just under the pressure of the gas, forget it. Maybe one out of ten corks just comes up like that; most of the time you need to apply *some* upward force to get it started, but we're talking maybe one pound of force, vs. like ten pounds with a corkscrew. Every once in a while, I've gotten a few drops of wine splash out of the bottle when the cork pops. It's a small thing, but it's a thing. I think maybe I was hand-holding the bottle instead of letting it rest on a counter while opening when that happened. I'm quite happy with how much use I'm getting out of each canister of CO2. I would say conservatively I got 30 bottles opened with the first canister. Probably more. The built-in foil cutter is passable if you can't find your dedicated foil cutter. I've bought a couple of these as gifts, and look forward to gifting more of these as opportunity arises.
Review: ***3-Star Review now 5 Stars*** - ***Update*** Being new to this product I was unaware it had a very small learning curve. And it's probably the reason why there are more 1-2 star reviews out there than there should be. You have to be aware that the placement of the needle is everything. You need to know how far down to insert the needle so that when you press down on the cartridge, it will expel into the narrow void between the wine and the cork. If you don't plunge it down far enough, it's very difficult to push down on the cartridge. If you go down too far, it's possible that the opening for the propellant is submerged into the wine. It's only natural to want to insert the needle all the way down before you press on the cartridge. But it's not always going to work doing that. This was occurring to me quite often. I couldn't push down on the cartridge and it felt too hard to press, or it would seem to press down with small trouble but never pop out the cork. It would expel into the wine. But once I realized that the needle needed to be in the correct position, it worked every time. So I'm changing my review. Be mindful of the propellant opening and make sure it's in the correct position before pushing down on the cartridge or you'll end up using up the gas and only open a couple of bottles with it. **Original Review** I saw this used by one of the "Sharks" from Shark Tank on an Instagram post. I researched the product and found it on desertcart. I immediately ordered it due to it's simplicity and ease of opening up bottles of wine. First two or three bottles opened, I loved the sound of it just POP, just like a bottle of champagne, but it was my favorite bottle of red instead. And then......that's it. Like, that was it. Only 3 bottles were opened with the cartridge that came with the product. It was either not a full cartridge to begin with, or defective. Or maybe I was expecting a full cartridge and it was a starter to get you excited to order the refills. I'm not sure. I overall love the product, love the technology, and it's definitely a conversation piece when guests come over and see something new for the first time. But I'm bummed only 3 bottles were opened with the item. I will be buying refills, but if the claim of 50-60 bottles per cartridge don't hold up, I don't think I'll keep buying the refills. I definitely will update my review to 5-Stars if I can prove the cartridges last longer than 3 bottles.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy wine opening.

We love this cork popper. Also takes the foil off. You have to order refills for the gas cartridge but it's a great way to open a bottle.
