Work with Generac 10 lb oil pressure switch replacement.
Direct replacement for the generac generator it was bought for. Installed in minutes and generator now works fine after throwing an oil pressure code.

Save lots of money easy DIY . Genrac is Crazy !
Worked Great ! Had a 1300 code and the oil level was great . Called a Generac service place and they wanted between $280-$400 to replace this sending unit. Easy to replace and comes with heat resistant sealer already on the threads just screw out old and replace with new and don’t over tighten and check for any leaks afterwards . Took me 10 minutes .

Works fine
I was concerned about using an aftermarket part but the oem Genrac sensor was taking too long to get here. Ordered this up for quite a bit less. Fitment was fine. I would advise to gently tighten the sensor into the block to avoid any stripping of the opening or cracking of the area. The generator fired right back up with this part and so far no issues. I have the oem part now if this fails

Correct part, however, leaks all your oil out.
This is a correct part for a Generac Guardian series 22Kw generator, easy to install & got me back up & running, highly recommend Edit: This part lasted a bit longer than 2yrs; after looking thru the reviews here, I found someone else having the same issue of oil being pushed out by one of the blades where you connect the wiring. Only good I can say about the product is that the switch part works & shut the generator off after allowing the oil to be pushed out of the switch's body, other than that it's a complete failure. The OEM part lasted over 6 years, and didn't leak oil, the pressure sense part failed & generator wouldn't start. I purchased a new one from a different seller, here's hoping it doesn't repeat the issue & lasts longer than 2 years.

Resolved the Generac error code low oil pressure. Changed out the oil and filter. Made sure the oil was at correct level. Replaced the oil pressure switch and added pipe dope to the threads. Make sure you don't tighten the switch too tight. Just snug it on. Had to crimp the connector on the wires so slightly just to make sure it stayed on. The unit worked perfectly. No more error message. This is a "normally closed" oil pressure switch. My original lasted 9 years. I had hoped to buy an original Generac oil switch but very hard to find and online order would've taken weeks. This one works and will buy another as a spare. Will update if anything goes wrong.

On inserting part it felt loose and seemed like it might not hold, but so far so good. It does appear different than original part but it does work properly. Hopefully it will last longer than a year. Another reviewer said it lasted up just over a year. Time will tell.

Fit perfectly. Works fine. My only issue is that the wire connection tabs are a bit flimsy, so be careful pushing on your female spade connectors. If the are really tight and you push too hard, you risk bending the tab over sharply and having it break off because they are made of such thin metal.
