Magnesium Oxide 400mg (Compare to MagOx) 120 Count (Pack of 5 - Total of 600)

I use these little tablets (about size of aspirin) as supplement for "regularity" in my daily habit. They help me, are inexpensive (it will differ for everyone but I use a bottle a month or less a month, the cost of $50 for 10 bottles in small price for a YEAR or more of help. Okay, you now know more about me than most friends!! :) Good price, good effectiveness.

Dollar for dollar this is an excellent value. No trouble to swallow. I rated them 5 stars with absorbency but really there is no way for me to know that. Even if we did blood studies there are too many factors to affect outcomes. I do trust everything I have read about them. The quality of the tablets and the feel.

When Amazon stopped selling Mag Ox I started to take this product. It works just as good as the Mag Ox but costs a lot less. It is made in the USA. For those who do not like to swallow the pills they can be chewed with food. They have a neutral taste, that is not good or bad so the taste is easily tolerated if you have problems swallowing them whole. They took care of my leg cramps and the discomfort in my chest. The nurse recommended magnesium oxide and I have been thankful because it works.

I like the fact that I can get 5 bottles at a reasonable price and I take it because my kidney dr. put me on them.

Others have mentioned this before but it needs to be made extremely clear: This product is 400mg of the Magnesium Oxide molecule. It does not contain 400mg of Magnesium. It actually only has 240mg of Magnesium. The other 160mg comes from the Oxide content. Most 400mg Magnesium products contain 400mg of the Magnesium plus enough extra weight to account for the radical (e.g., Oxide). This product does not. If your doctor said to take 400mg of Magnesium, then this product will only deliver 60% what he/she wants you to take. If you take two of these pills, then you'll be getting 20% too much magnesium. The product description is completely accurate since they advertise as 400mg of Magnesium Oxide. It is easily mistaken to mean the [usually] desired 400mg Magnesium. I won't make this mistake again as my doctor has confirmed that I need the full 400mg of Magnesium and these pills only provide 60% of that.

I like that the product was equivalent to the prescription medication I used to use. It's easy to swallow. Of course, just getting it I don't know if I will have a lot of powder at the bottom of the bottle. But so far they look the same as the ones I was getting. But Not chalky. So far I like them. I have been using them for several days now. I feel like they are a good product. I would recommend them.

Came on time good value easier to get than at Walgreens or Walmart

I am required by my doctor to take 1600 MG a day. This is a great deal since I have to take 4 tablets per day. Good stuff. It takes care of leg cramps I was having.
