Tested them on onion soup au gratin, absolutely no problem.Sizing-wise I'd say the fingers are a little short in proportion, though the gloves are sufficiently big. I have giant hands, so it's a common problem. I'd love the forearm protection to be longer though. Even a half inch extra would feel more secure to me. Again - giant person problems. This will work for nearly everyone else, except if you have exceptionally small hands.

Pictures speaks a thousand words. As you can see from the picture the glove can handle a hot pan with no issues. I had similar ones in the past and this set seems thicker so hope will last longer. Definately will not be burning my hands while cooking in the kitchen or around the grills or camp fire cooking. Like the color and design is nice.

Use these to replace our OveGlove. Better price and you get two. They withstand heat well, although not for an extended length of time. This is typical of gloves like these. Other reviews say they are really big, but they are not so big that they are cumbersome. Very happy with this purchase, especially for the price.

Wow! These are great although hard to get used to putting them on versus sliding my hands inside oven mitts, but I feel more secure in using these as they mitts are only quilted.

I wear gloves with oven food completely also feel a little hot, as long as my skillet is hot, wear gloves, not hot! Gloves are very comfortable. Good quality!

These gloves are just what my wife needed for removing super hot items from the oven. Removing a broiler pan from the oven can be very hot but these gloves laugh at heat and keep her hands safe. These gloves have a non slip material which keeps items from slipping out of your hand. The gloves are long enough to protect her wrists.
