Emergency Back Power Let me down
I have this inverter for emergency cases in my truck. In my error I never tested the device to make sure it was good when I purchased it. The first time I NEEDED power I connected it to my battery and got everything setup just to find out this device (never used) does not even power on. Since I have taken to my garage and tried every combination of multiple batteries and connections that I can just to find out this emergency backup is actually a $300 waste of time and money.

getting most out of inverter
Have the Npower 3000w inverter. I also ave a 750 inverter in my greenhouse to power the grow light. Wiring the deep cycle Marine deep cycle battery to the 3000w inverter gives me only 1500w capacity. How do I wire it up to get the most (3000w) out of the inverter? Will be adding an additional possibly 2 batteries to the system for emergency lights at night when the solar panels are dark. Thanks for the help. allan Pilger, Long Beach WA [email protected]

It's Pretty Cool.
I bought one. I wanted an American made inverter. They are made. Some people bought the American inverters and the inverters got terrible reviews. I don't like that an American made product I want gets bad reviews. Pity.Anyways, this is made in China. It is powerful. I have two (2) batteries powering this one 3,000 watt inverter. The batteries are wired in series. The two (2) batteries are the deep cycle type. They are on the front of my cargo trailer. The two batteries are trickle charged by the van the trailer is attached to by the big wire that hooks up when you hitch up. Plug in that trailer cable to the van socket in the back, start the van, trickle charge the two deep cycle batteries and the inverter is ready to go.The inverter, with an added two year warranty (total three years for even replacement they tell me) was $450, the two cases and two deep cycle batteries, $400 and professional installation and parts $250. So, to install one 3,000 watt inverter cost $1,000. For this, I get microwave that will boil hot water in the trailer while On The Road. All we need is a camp site, a water filter and potable water. Yeee hah!
