If there's anything that bugs the heck out of me, it's a really healthy food product that tastes terrible or doesn't live up to a good sounding name. All three of these blends are slightly different but equally tasty.I can't imagine hitting more categories than Gluten Free, Soy Free, Organic, No Sugar Added, Vegan and Kosher. But actually, if you're on Dr. Steven Gundry's Plant Paradox Diet, these blends are also lectin-free. (The Vitality blend has cayenne as the last ingredient so it's not 100% lectin free, but close.)A lectin-free diet is a very difficult diet and it's exceptionally hard to go out to eat or travel. These broths are perfect for trips.They're also delicious used as a vegetable dip or blended into shirataki noodles with olive oil.Highly recommended!
