Worth every penny
I ordered these after a brand name I ordered did not perform as advertised after a knee surgery. These work just like they should. Stay cold long enough for the 20 min recommended time. They are big enough to cover the whole area at once. The fact that you get 4 is a plus. You always have a backup even if you want cooling for longer period. These do not have a strap but i just wrap an ace bandage over it to keep em snug. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a quality ice pack.

Great value
These cold packs are wonderful. The size is great, I either sit on it or I roll it up and put behind my lower back. I just had a tummy tuck and liposuction on the flanks and these have been so versatile. They stay cool for a while but I love that there is 4 of them to keep me going with steady cold packs for hours. Only word of warning would be to those who have had surgery and are on strict instructions not to carry anything heavy. This box was too much for me, it was probably around 10 lbs so you might have to pull them out one by one to transport.

Nice size
The ice pack are big enough to cover a large area. I use 2 to ice my knee post op. One under and one over my knee with a cloth against the skin all held with belt. It covers my whole knee, lower thigh and upper calf all at once. They are nice and cold for about 40-50 min. Also, they do not take much room in the freezer as they lay flat. One issue is there are 3 chambers in the ice pack and you have to make sure to spread the gel evenly, otherwise you have a small ice pack.

Good quality, perfect for large areas, reusable, sturdy and effective - worth the money!
These have been quite handy to have in the house. I bought them for my dad who had a total shoulder replacement. They freeze quickly and are very comfortable for use. They were very effective at easing my dad's pain. They look really high quality and the size is perfect large area coverage. They easily covered the entire shoulder. I am happy with his purchase and would purchase again, if ever needed.
