What color light does it provide?

I paint, and I use the lamp on my work table/taboret where I have my watercolor palettes, so color is important. I find the light it gives off to be nearly neutral, slightly tending towards cool. I usually use it at its lower of its 3 levels because I find the highest level a bit harsh. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this lamp.

Is the neck of the lamp adjustable/flexible?

Very flexible. The arm bends to adjust where you want it to light.

is the bulb replaceable?

NO...there are no bulbs...it's LED lighting technology so so there's no need to replace them.....it's a really good desk lamp...the 3 way touch switch is so smooth and efficient, at it's brightest, it's able to light up my entire bedroom, and i'm talking about a real bif master bedroom. I've had different LED lamps in the past decade, and i can honestly say, this is the best of all of them....I have a feeling this will be the last table lamp i'll ever buy....I hope.
