No creo que haya hecho efecto positivo, lo contrario luego de un mes de usarlo me provoco calambres diarios y me incrementó el dolor; cabe mencionar que al ponérselo a los 3 minutos mínimo se siente como que estan quemándole la rodilla.

Worked pretty good but on day three the straps came off and one size does not fit all they are snug fitting

Are they magic? The heat appears to come from nowhere, but become uncomfortable with the heat within 15-20 mins
I purchased these for a good friend who had his knees operated on and often got really sore, thinking that the heat would ease the pain... I have no idea how these things work, but the little disks get HOT, and I mean too hot for comfort after about 15-20 minutes, so much that you'll end up REALLY sweaty, but you won't have the discomfort you had before - rather like the heat patches, they ease pain, fairly quickly, but you can't wear them for extended periods of time.If they found a way so that you could wear them for longer, these would be an easy five stars, but they do get uncomfortable with the heat.Buy this if you have knee pain, but only wear them for 15-20 minutes, unless you like having sweaty knees :-)

The straps are helping with the pain, but the size is not as big as other knee supports which can make them a little uncomfortable to wear.

Poor quality
Not a very good quality item, the stitches tore off straight away on the Velcro on the straps the first time we used them. Seller didn’t offer refund. Was given as a gift to my Dad and he is unable to use them now as the straps won’t stay on.
