Has excellent effect on my blood glucose
As a diabetic type II I've been controlling blood glucose for over 23 years. I've always had problems with my morning reading of 9.6 mmol/L. May be a Somogyi effect. After only a week of taking these tablets my morning reading was down to 7.6 and after another week 6.3 and then a week later 5.6. And during the day readings were lower to the extent of 2mmol/L . I found the results impressive and I was delighted as it is really a big health issue for me. Remember though everyone is different, but if you are type II like me it is worth trying them out.

Not Convinced They Work
The size of the pill is a little bit larger than I would have liked. I keep them in the fridge, but I’m not sure if they are actually making any difference to helping stabilise my blood sugar levels, but I will carry on with them for awhile.
