This was my first time purchasing Muscle Milk and I’m glad I did. The Vanilla Crème is tasty without being too sweet and it’s a great amount of protein to kickstart my day. I use it in my overnight oats and it fills me up. The one negative is that I had to dig WAY WAY down in the powder to locate the scoop. So ridiculous! They should consider attaching it to the bottom of the lid.

This works well and good for the price. I use it for my ninja creamy and it works well for that. Decent vanilla flavor. Not bad even with just water.

This is really yummy!! I didn’t just get this for the taste but also the calorie content because I need to gain weight not just muscle mass and repair. I don’t care for it in water even when I added some frozen fruit. It would be a lot better if you mixed it in milk. As far as it being chunky you can just throw it in a Ninja blender and no chunks at all!! I was wondering though is NSF certification also mean that they test it for lead?? It seems like they would, right. We wouldn’t want the runners being weighed down. All joking aside do they test for that as well??

Muscle Milk Genuine Protein Powder has a great taste and blends well in smoothies, which made it easy to include in my daily routine. I tried this brand of premade shakes as a teen when I did the low carb thing and am 33 now, grabbed a bottle here and there over the years, but never tried the powder shakes. I saw this and thought I'd give it a try, not realizing the level of vitamins in it. I've been having one shake everyday for a few weeks after deciding to stop OMAD(which helped me lose 80lbs) because I found myself very hungry and tired all the time now, and holy canola what a change!! First off I was able to suddenly be up moving around for much longer stretches of time without crashing or being extremely fatigued the next day, but I was sleeping better, and gained about 8lbs but lost 10 inches! Now, I don't have a gym membership or a workout routine. I started out at 265lbs and got to 195lbs through changing what I eat. After getting very sick in the fall and losing 15lbs in less than a week, I noticed I had lost alot of muscle mass and wasn't happy about it. That's where Muscle Milk entered the picture. It tastes really good, I use it as a milk replacement in anything cold, haven't tried it in hot things yet like coffee, it is a tiny bit grainy even after soaking overnight but not that big of a deal, it does not have any gross after taste and doesn't trigger hunger cravings for me. Huge bonus! Side bonus, my hair had fallen out after getting sick and since I started having this everyday my hair is growing back way thicker than it has ever been and also way faster! I can't say enough about this brand, I've always loved it and now that I'm in my 30s I love it even more. I wish I could make aome cookies for the company. 😁
