I am from Thailand that live in the US. This is one of the best laab that anyone can make at home. Sure it’s not the same taste as traditional laab but it is very convenience to just open the bag and mix with protein and vegetables! I use this whenever it’s just me eating and don’t want to toast the rice and chili(I toast them whenever I’m making laab. And I don’t toast a lot in advance.). I tried Lobo brand which is the worst. I highly recommend this or knorr. They’re both very identical. But for the price. This is the best price in the market at this time.$4 and some change for 3? That’s very good consider other brands give you one or 2 for $4. Note: I marinade my protein(best is beef) with mushroom white soy sauce and pepper for an hour or more before cooking. And then I add green onion, white yellow or red onion(shallot works too, and lots of cilantro. Some uses mint but for me I dont. I’d say veggies should be around the same amount as protein. Give it a try!

Southeast Asian here. Grew up eating laab and my mom usually makes it the traditional way with grounded toasted rice. Well, sometimes I do not have time to make my own. In comes this wonderful packet that tastes amazing. In my opinion, it taste the best out of all the instant laab/larb seasonings I've tried. When I have time, I will use the season and dress it up with my own spices and herbs. But I have had it without anything fancy and on its own and it's still just as good. Our household have definitely converted to these.

I’ve used this product before and it tasted as close as the freshly made ingredients as possible. I added this ingredients into a pound of grounded turkey meat until done; then served with fresh lettuce, cucumber, etc. it’s easy and simply delicious!

I lived in Thailand for 12 years and I love the spicy food like laab. My cooking is never as good as the real thing, but using seasoning still makes for a fun spicy dish.

I tried to use little for the flavor, but it’s simply too spicy
