Highly recommend
Good quality, clean ingredients, easy to take, ive only been taking them a week now and I did notice my wrist, shoulder isn't hurting anymore so I feel its working quite well. Ive not noticed any side effects. I love it.

I use this with Turmeric/Curcumin/berberine twice a day when inflammation is high, once a day otherwise.. in time of remission, every other day. I find it very helpful and notice if I only do the turmeric combination.
