BOB put an added dimension to my training. I placed an anatomy t-shirt on it and now can more easily place punches and strikes to key targets. BOB himself is a great item. It is well made and durable and a great training companion. At first It was hard getting use to it. In the dark he gave me quite a few startling encounters before I got use to it.

After long days that leave me fuming, the Century Bob XL has honestly been my therapy. Full-body workout, lowers stress like therapy on steroids—I sleep deeper, mood steadier, overall health way up. Assembly is straight forward. Adjustments to the height is easy… At six feet, two hundred fifteen pounds, I don’t pull punches. Body shots land true—it’s built like an average guy, torso-wise, so landing hooks and uppercuts feel pretty real. Uppercuts to the head? Don’t worry head is soft and pliable. Thing wobbles more than I would like after, though. I placed a solid rubber mat under the base, four eighty-pound sand bags crammed in—still dances. Gotta reposition it a couple times. Water? Forget it, sloshes nonstop. Sand’s denser, almost still. I added the arm accessory to it. Says it won’t fit on XL. But a little determination and it will work. Some report needed using two people makes it easier to get the arms rig on. I did it myself.. Rigged the arm accessory with straps to close Bobs guard to punch through —ingenious fix. And hey, best part? Same feeling as landing a brutal rib shot, minus the potential hospital visits and no zero legal repercussions!

The bag is very sturdy and durable. It's also fun to hit. The height is adjustable and it becomes more stable when you fill the base with water.

It's pretty awesome but you will knock this guy down. I have not filled it with sand yet but I'm assuming he will still fall. Me and my 9-year-old son propped him up against our couch and that helps him stay up a little bit better and with the sand we are going to get he should be pretty sturdy but nevertheless I'm sure he will fall. Still pretty awesome and when we're not punching on him we put My son's meta quest 3 on his head as a VR holder. Wish it was cheaper but it's not..

Not too hard and not too soft for striking.

This is a great way to release your stress. And get out anger.
