the Anklet sits nice. It allows for me to wear my normal shoes.

My feet have been slowly going numb over the past few years. Doctors keep telling me there's nothing wrong but, it's not their feet. A while back one of my cousins recommended a copper Anklet with embedded magnets as a possible remedy. Given AMA Doctors don't seem to know what's happening I thought I'd give this bracelet a try. The Anklet is heavy copper, coated with some type of protective finish, with embedded magnets. The magnets are fairly strong for their size (tested on my refrigerator). It was pretty easy for me to set it to the correct size for my ankle, using the provided tool and instructions written in actual English. I'm not too keen on the closure, as it feels a bit flimsy. It has come open a couple of times, but both times I was wearing a sock over it so it wasn't lost. As this is the first time I've ever worn this type jewelry, I have to say it does look good. As far as medicinal use; I'm still a bit skeptical. My feet seem to feel less numb after wearing this anklet for several months, but that could just be subjective. They haven't gotten any more numb, so I'll take that win. Overall, I can recommend this as a nice piece of ornamental jewelry. Not so sure about medical purposes.

I used to listen to people talk about the magic of wearing pure copper and its benefits and didn't think much of it. That is, until I listened to individuals in a chat room talk about it. And then another health expert spoke about the 3500 gauss magnets. Let's just say the first night I tried mines on I got a jolt first circling the location they were on then like electricity. Since I dream deeply again for the first time in years...I plan on taking mine to the grave with them on!

I have been wearing it for well over a month and can tell absolutely no difference in my aches and pain level or how I feel overall . Might work for some but for me it was a waste of money . Company gave me the runaround about getting my money back
