Good stuff.
I take 1200mcg of it per day (two capsule three times a day). Unfortunately I didnt take it seriously when warned not be taking chromium when using insulin or other prescription diabetic drugs.After like three days taking it, when I gave myself 20 unit insulin injection in evening of third day, shortly thereafter had hypoglycemic event and passed out. I did get some honey down my throat before I passed out. Only sugar in dang house. No lasting harm, but not fun.Discontinued the insulin. It was a relatively small dose insulin, larger than that and probably ought to wean off it gradually. Two days later, I am back close on blood glucose readings to where I was when using the insulin. This is really cool.Your mileage may vary. Strongly suggest you dont take chromium while you are on prescription diabetic drugs. At least not without doctor ok. If you just gotta do it, have bottle orange juice next to you. Or paramedics.....

No improvement in blood sugar noticed yet
I've been using this for a couple of weeks. I'm pre-diabetic and am trying to avoid becoming full-blown diabetic by controlling my carbs/sugar intake and now have just added this in as well. Not noticing any benefit so far when I check my blood sugar using my glucose meter. If things improve I'll update my review.

Blood sugar
I absolutely think this product works to lower my blood sugar. I am not diabetic, but I notice a difference in the way I feel if I take a capsule a couple hours after I have eaten too many products with sugar or had too much wine to drink. I also think it helps when I get pimples from eating too many sugary products. I have purchased it for years, and will continue to do so.

I use this product for diabetes. It is the best deal that I found on Amazon for the price. It is the type of Chromium that works best against diabetes when used with Ceylon Cinnamon and Berberine. I highly recommend it!
