Would a small bag hold one or two bed billows?

The medium bags would hold one bed pillow.

Using in a personal item bag for travel, how many outfits can fit in a small bag?

Probably 4 or 5 it’s amazing once u take the air out it looks like. A pancake- I put a queen comforter in the large one and it shrunk it flat

Are the measurements before sucking the air out? I'm trying to find some small enough for a 22"x14" suitcase.

The small bags should work well with a carry on suitcase.

How can I get a replacement hand pump?

I did not see anywhere in the paperwork that came in with the bags how you could.
