I was somewhat hesitant due to many reviews, but after a month I found this flatware to be perfect. Out of the entire set, there was one salad fork with ends that were not completely aligned, but within a minute I was able to level the tips with small pliers over a thin cloth, as not to scape. Fantastic, good heavy feel, cleans easily - I have no rust or spots. The hammered metal effect makes them great for casual or dressed up. The slotted and serving spoons were such a nice value add. Unless something changes drastically, this is a great value and product.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. I only bought a service for two, but these are high quality, heavy and will not bend easily. This is clearly a high end set of silverware.

Happy with this well priced set. Please not if you prefer a heavy feel to your eating utensils this is not the set for you.. I would describe these as a medium-light weight comfortable in the hand. Additionally, I appreciate the shiny and attractive appearance.

After searching extensively for true 18/10 silverware that would not look, feel, or fail like cheap silverware, I found this excellent set of quality silverware. I did not buy as many sets as I needed because I wanted to receive the silverware first to make sure it was as good as the manufacturer claimed. It is, and then some. My husband even raves about the new silverware and he never gets excited about something as banal as silverware. The customer service, however, is sub-par. One week after my first order, I went back to Amazon to purchase another set, but the price for a 20-piece set had jumped to about $8 more than I had just paid days before. I messaged the seller to ask if they would allow me to purchase another set for the same price I had paid only days before. I never received a reply. That's unfortunate since even if they had written to say, "No, I'm sorry, the price has changed," I would not have deducted a star. Terrific silverware though.

I bought the serving set flatware that matches this flatware set and I am most pleased with them. The flatware is quite plain which is what I wanted because my stoneware dishes have colorful, bold designs that I wanted them to stand out and not the flatware. I wanted the flatware to compliment my dishes. This flatware does just that. They are sturdy and easy to hold and made in 18/10 stainless steel that I know I will have them for a very long time. Great price for the quality of this flatware.

We're still using a set of stainless steel flatware we bought over 20 years ago. Over the years they slowly disappeared. When I ordered this set of stainless steel flatware I wanted a set to match the style a quality of what we currently have. When I unpacked the new set I was totally shocked at the awesome quality and how close they compared to our old set. They were a perfect match. I've used these for a few weeks now. They balance they have helps them fit comfortable in your hands. I wont need another set of these for a long time. However, my friends and family will be getting these as gifts in the future. I consider these to be a great investment.

Good weight, comfortable to hold & attractive.

Great quality silverware! I love the shape of the handles, they are comfortable to hold with my arthritic hands. My husband opened the cutlery draw and was amazed at the shine bouncing back at him. lol.

I've always had second-hand and mis-matched silverware, so having a new set is a real treat for me...and this set is beautiful! Each piece is a good weight and size, feels comfortable in the hand, has a pretty scalloped edge and a beautiful mirrored finish, and the set didn't cost a lot! I highly recommend this cutlery set.

Die mir zugeschickten Besteckteile sind merkwürdig: die "großen" Löffel sind viel zu klein für Suppenlöffel, die "kleinen" Löffel und Gabeln zu groß für Kuchen - und Gebäckgabeln, die "großen" Gabeln sind einiges kleiner als die großen Messer. Alles in allem unpraktisch und nicht geeignet, mein altes Geschirrset zu ersetzen. Geht zurück.
