Not absolutely perfect, but will serve it's purpose,
The drink dispenser arrived with a few minor squiggly scratches on it, but for me, that's not reason to go through the hassle of returning it. It does instruct you to remove the orange bit of silicone on the lid to improve the flow. On the one I've received you have to remove it to get any flow at all, so I'll leave it off permanently. Apart from these couple of whinges, it looks great and I'm glad I paid the extra to get the one with a wooden stand.

Just as sellers customer service is not responding
Jar is ok, but the bamboo stand it comes with came in broken. And looks like it was already broken slightly before delivery as the box was sealed and all parts were wrapped, there was no room to get anything there moving. I contacted seller, but no reply..

Water dispenser glass
I removed rubber seal to allow water to flow however the lid crunches & wire clasp appears stiff so I have put paper towel over jar & left lid open very expensive glad it arrived in one piece I drink a lot of water & iv added fruit & herbs from garden. I’m going to try to remove all the wire from th lid & just place lid on dispenser as would be better without wire fixture

Super Wasserspender
Der Wasserspender macht einen sehr stabilen Eindruck, das Glas wirkt sehr dick und wir haben ihn in den letzten Wochen regelmäßig in Gebrauch. Den Deckel kann man beim Abspülen unkompliziert entfernen. Auch die Öffnung ist so groß, dass man auch mit größeren Händen unkompliziert reinkommt. Der Ständer hat eine gute Höhe, sodass viele von unseren Gläsern gut darunterpassen.

Parfait, mais j'ai due retirer le filtre en plastique qui empêche les jus de fruits de coulé. Sinon nikel!
