Great Hose!
After having tried multiple different brands of expandable hoses, I can confidently say that this is the best one I've seen yet. If you haven't purchased an expandable hose before, they are awesome, and you'll never want to go back to a regular hose ever again. They are MUCH lighter than a regular hose and far easier to manage because they shrink down to a fraction of their size and weight when not in use. However, some of the cheaper expandable hoses have a tendency to burst in short order (I have had 5 different expandable hoses before purchasing the Gardenirvana hose, 4 of them burst within a year and 1 lasted slightly more than a year even after only being used ~15 times). The two key flaws with the cheaper expandable hoses I've purchased are (a) the exterior nylon fabric sleeve was not super durable (once the nylon developed a hole/tear, the rubber hose inside was likely to balloon and burst), and (b) that the interior rubber expandable hose was very thin, such that you'd know that you'd be lucky to get more than a year of use out of them (even if you were super cautious and didn't leave the the hose under pressure when not actively using it).I've now had the Gardenirvana hose for a couple weeks, and I can say that I was immediately impressed. The hose expands far longer than the other 50 foot expandable hoses I've used (not sure why this one is so much longer than other so-called 50 foot expandable hoses, but it is, which is a good thing), and you can tell that the nylon cord WEAVE on the exterior of the Gardenirvana hose is different from the thin nylon fabric SLEEVES on cheaper hoses. Additionally, the Gardenirvana hose has more substance and weight to it than the other expandable hoses I've used, likely due to the 3 layer rubber interior hose (although it is still lighter and easier to manage than a typical garden hose). I can't say exactly how long this hose will last me, but I've already purchased another one for our second spigot based on the presumption that this one will last far longer than prior expandable hoses. The only VERY MINOR thing I would improve would be the free sprayer which came with the hose, which has a weak "JET" setting, where the stream wasn't as focused and powerful as the "JET" setting on some other sprayer nozzles. Then again, the sprayer nozzle was free, and, with the sole exception of slightly less powerful/focused "JET" setting, works very well.

Don't Believe What You Read In The Product Details
So I thought this hose would be different from all of the other "horror stories" I had read about other hoses of this type. If you read the details in the description, they suggest you will get about "1200 uses" out of this hose compared to "250 uses" from other similar hose manufacturers. And the brass ends looked like quality in the product photos. Well I thought I would probably never need it for 1200 uses, since this would be a very limited use hose stored inside in a boat and would only be used occasionally to rinse the boat off, so I made the purchase.I had used the hose only 10 times over the span of three years (2017-2020) prior to the last time I "tried" to use it. It had always only been stored in the mesh bag and out of the sunlight in an interior cabinet when not in use. This final time, just as soon as I attached the hose end to the hose bib and turned the water on, it sprung a leak right at that connection. Finding no way to even temporarily repair the hose, I disconnected it and went without. At first, I thought maybe the rubber gasket had fallen out, but nope, it was there when I removed the hose from the bib.So the promise of getting 1200 uses of this hose didn't even live up to what they reported as their competition's numbers of 250 uses. So I realize the warranty is only good for one year, but after my experience with this hose, I would never buy another one. The idea is great, but the technology isn't anywhere near being able to perfect the quality needed to meet their claims of ruggedness. It just won't last that long.

It worked great and I was happy with it for the most ...
I ordered this hose almost a year ago (and a month...). It worked great and I was happy with it for the most part up until last week. I had the valve on the end closed as I always keep it until I turn on the water. Less than 30 seconds after turning on the water, and pulling the trigger on the nozzle, I saw the water pressure disappear and I looked back to see the hose gushing water about 4 feet down its length. It had blown. There was no other factor in its failure other than purely the product failed. It lasted just over a year, but unfortunately that is not good enough to receive a good review. Though it may work well initially, it can also possibly fail and burst on you down the road.

Update to Review includes help from Support! Incredible value and an Awesome product :)
So... WOW!!! First off the people with reviews saying that the hose doesn't fully expand simply don't have the proper pressure in their water system; PLAIN AND SIMPLE! I thought $45 was a lot for a hose but I also knew I didn't want to spend $25 on one of those As Seen on TV green ones. After using it several times the hose itself is worth the $45; yet, you get the dual valve, a hanger, and a carry bag too. Incredible value and an Awesome product :)Update: I try to keep my hoses deflated and out of the hot SoCal sun. I forgot to do so with one of them and it ended up rupturing. I contacted Support to see if there was a warranty. They were very apologetic and sent me a new hose.I see lots of reviews with bad information versus what I've personally seen. Two things that are on the reviewers that should be negatives toward the product:1) The hose will expand to 50' with ease, if you have high enough water pressure2) Contact Support if you have an issue and they will help you; don't just trash the product in the reviews...!!! If you've done this and you didn't get help then I don't know why I'm the "lucky" one that did.
