This works but needs a heavy scrubber attached to a drill bit to really do the Job. Other cleaners damaged the porcelain tile

I bought it expecting to remove almost all imperfections on my floor. I tried many times as described in tutorial, but to be honest I just see a minor difference. In the other hand, the distributor has five start ******. Great service and client attention. They made sure my order arrived to me not matter what.

Dark brown porcelain tile floor got light color/white stains. This product made the tile darker but has no shine. I tried many times buffing the area but still no gloss or shine.

I had high hopes for this product. Based on the description, I was expecting to get something that left a hard enamel coating or layer of protection like car wax. What your really getting is over-price buffing compound. The claim that this "removes scratches" is true. The claim that this "fills" cracks is false. The claim that this "fills" scratches is false. Think of this product as liquid ultra fine grit sandpaper. It will remove scratches. It will also strip any clear coat or wax in the process. It does not work on coarse tile, and only discolor grout. Do not use on grout, or you'll have a bad time. This comes in dark or light. I have the dark. If you tried to fill a crack like they recommend, it'll rub off or wash out immediately. To test this, I filled a tiny crack and followed the instructions to the letter using 2 brand new 10,000 grit stones. Even letting the product cure for a full week did not make a difference. It washed right off, color and all. It didn't seal or fill the pores of the stone faces either. It's basically buffing compound. The only reason I decided on a 2 star review is because they only got 1 of their many claims correct; there's no harsh chemical or perfume smell at all. Unfortunately, that's not enough for an endorsement. I would not do this deal again

Product arrived but was either expired and damaged because it was not liquid is was all dried out. We tried to use it anyway but it was impossible to get out of the bottle. What a complete RIP OFF at this price point!
