I love this belt, don't listen to the bad reviews.i REALLY LIKE THE CASE came with it, it is super useful! I put my gloves in it and head straight to the gym ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great price, nice belt, replaced the chain *by on Reviewed in the United States September 26, 2025* Great value for the price! Comfortable, not bulky and folds nicely together to not take too much space in the GYM bag. I replaced the chain with quality rope and tie bowlines to each ring, easy and less bulky than the chain. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fine for lighter weights *by on Reviewed in the United States September 26, 2024* I bought this belt so I could add weight to pull ups. Since I'm only starting to use it I've only attached 5-25 lbs. For that purpose the belt is fine, comfortable, and a solid deal. However, its chain and carabiners are on the lighter side. I've attached a picture of them. The Hawk belt chain and carabiner is at the top of the picture. On the bottom, for comparison, is the chain and carabiner from a weight machine I own that connects to a weight stack of 200 lbs. Now the weight machine will get more use and produce more stress than a weight belt but you can see the Hawk chain and carabiner is on the thin side. But given that I don't intend to attach more than a 40-50 lb weight [if that]. it was a good deal for my purposes. If needed, I have sturdier carabiners/chains and could always sub those in in the future. ## Frequently Bought Together - Hawk Sports Dip Belt with Chain for Bodyweight Exercises, Black 6" Padded Weightlifting Belt with 36" Steel Chain and D-Ring Carabiners, Lift 300 lbs. of Dumbbells, Kettlebells, or Weight Plates - Nutricost Creatine Monohydrate Micronized Powder 500G, 5000mg Per Serv (5g) - 100 Servings, 17.9 Oz - Gymreapers Lifting Wrist Straps for Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Strength Training, & Deadlifts - Padded Neoprene with 18 inch Cotton --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/36645285-sports-dip-belt-with-chain-for-bodyweight-exercises-black-6](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/36645285-sports-dip-belt-with-chain-for-bodyweight-exercises-black-6) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
