Pop up drain doesn’t go down when in the sink. Anybody else have this issue?

Anyone have a problem with the gold never looking clean or having dark finger marks?

I haven’t had an issue with it changing colors. But I tend to wipe down my faucet and sink top after each use. I love Thais Ryle sink that I got a second one for another home.

Why black hoses are stiff and bends and water won’t come out in cold and a little in the hot?
