This is my second batch, and I seriously believe this has been a game changer in my supplements. It has helped with my skin, most noticeable in my face, very clear and not as many breakouts. It doesn't taste very good but then again, why would you be tasting it lol? No side effects and overall good quality.

Bought this in April and I’ve been taking 2 supplements daily, someone said to take it before bed so that’s what I’m doing but tbh I don’t really see or feel a difference. Perhaps, my joints don’t ache as much as they were before? Maybe it’s because of this? Or is it the Korean collagen jelly I’m taking? Or is it the goji berries? Or is it working out? No one knows really. But probably will take it for a few months and then stop so my body doesn’t get used to it.
