Do these bottles come with a pump top?

Yes, it ships with regular bottle top and includes two pumps to use.

Where is your product manufactured?

All of our products are made in the USA.

Is this leave in conditioner?

No, this specific one is not a leave in. The blue line of Fairy Tales Tangle Tamer does have a leave in Detangling Spray. The spray works really well on dry hair. My daughter does not like to brush her hair daily. We use all 3 products in her hair and the tangles come out really well. We use a brush while washing and conditioner hair, trust me this line of Fairy Tale of products work like magic.
