Fabulous cream. I have ordered the second one. It is easy to use and smells great. Cures my achy feet and affordable. My sleep has improved a great deal and non greasy.

Works

Used to help with pregnancy cramps. It really helped ease the pain and after reaching the third trimester I had no leg cramps! Recommend using it every other day.

I use this as its moisturises my feet and smells nice. I'm perimenopausal and sleep is erratic, doesn't work everytime.

This is very good for easing the pain from shingles, it was recommended by a friend.

Pros:- It's both topical magnesium and a moisturizing cream, with ingredients like coconut oil and shea butter. It does a good job of hydrating the skin and doesn't feel heavy or greasy.- I appreciate the fact that it contains no added scents so it's not distracting or irritating for people with sensitive skin.- It's made in the UK which is cool.Cons:- The jar seems a bit small at 120 mL. This is one of my absolute FAVORITE lotions. I love it on my feet before bed, or on my cramps when I'm getting my period. It's so soft, luscious and really works. It eases pain, softens muscles and smells divine - a light lavender scent. It's also not super oily which I love. I'm not even a mum, I just came across it by accident! Will be ourchasing again soon 🤩

i am subscribed to this cream because I find it wonderful for my skin. The texture is neither thick or thin, and since it absorbs quickly there is no struggle with it. I see firmness in my arms; it takes away also every itch which then disappears quickly. I love also that the cream is shipped in a glass container therefore environmentally correct too! I had a similar cream which was also good but this one wins just for the fact that it is in a glass container. Please don't change neither the formula of the cream nor the container. We must try to keep this world forward and plastic can drown us: better now than never.

I recently started using a magnesium cream that comes in a high-quality, solid jar, and I’m quite impressed with it. The packaging is well designed and includes a sheet with simple application directions. True to its description, the cream is unscented and feels great when applied to the skin.I often experience soreness in my shoulder and the tops of my feet, so I decided to apply this cream in the evenings before bed. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in pain since I began using it. While I’ve tried magnesium sprays in the past, I find this cream format to be much more effective and enjoyable to use.One thing I’ve learned is that magnesium can be a better sleep aid than melatonin. While our bodies naturally produce melatonin in low-light conditions to help us sleep, magnesium is not produced this way and must be ingested through food or supplements.The only downside I’ve encountered is that the cream does leave a chalky residue on your hands, so it’s a good idea to wash your hands after application. Overall, I highly recommend this magnesium cream for its effectiveness in easing discomfort and promoting better sleep!

Great lotion but pricey. Smaller jar. But decent ingredient list and love the magnesium lotion for detoxing - put it on mine and my kids feet every night as part of our bedtime routine. This lotion is quite moist and take a while to dry
