Bad Idea The Dakura is shaped more like a goggle and blocks wind from affecting your eyes. The Reclus, at least for me does a horrible job. Took them on one ride and I said no more. After the ride I felt like I had just swam with my eyes open in a highly chlorinated pool for hours. My cheeks were soaked with tears and I looked drunk/stoned. I immediately came home and ordered a pair of Dakuras. So anyone looking for a good pair of riding safety glasses, give the Edge Dakura a try... The Reclus of course protects your eyes from debris,bugs etc... but the frame is straighter and not as tight to the face. I have seen these glasses with tinted lenses, and I thought that they would be great with just clear lenses, and they are. The lenses seem of fairly good optical quality - I cannot detect any disturbing optical aberrations. The frame seems sturdy and lenses large enough to provide good eye protection. Edge specify pass-through of 65% of visible light. While some reduction in light intensity is noticeable, I'm not finding it particularly disturbing. Some reviewers on Amazon commented about this frame being too tight.
