Having a laminate top desk, I've accumulated several scratches in the finish over the years. I wondered why I never got a desk mat to protect the finish. So I ordered this product after measuring my available space on my desk top. I have my monitor sitting on my desktop, so the depth of my workspace dictated what size mat I could consider. I am pleased with this desk mat overall. Initially the ends lifted up when I placed it on my desk, from being rolled up during shipping, but after two days with a paper weight on each corner, it was as flat as can be. It has a bit of cushion, but not too much that I can't put a piece of paper on it and write on it easily. I have a keyboard tray, so I use it as a desk pad, not a mouse pad or keyboard tray. For a desk pad, it works very well and looks and feels like new several months later.

I’ve had the mark for almost half a year now and it’s still on tip top shape. Mouse slides perfectly smooth on it and it’s really easy to dust off our wipe off. I didn’t have issues with unrolling it because it started to flatten out within the day. I didn’t experience any funky toxic smells. Gives my table a more sophisticated look when I’m in adult mode but definitely suits the aesthetics when I’m in gaming mode. So far, I haven’t changed it out nor plan to look for anything else.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Simple and easy to clean. Comes with a piece that wraps around and fastens to hold it in place rolled up when not in use. I recommend this item.

I tend to have a cluttered desk in my home office. I purchased the largest size for my desk to help me cover a host of abuses over the years. I'm so glad I purchased this. Not only does it cover the wear and tear on my desk, I no longer need a mouse pad - the Bouillon Leather Desk Mat works perfectly! Inspires me to keep a tidier desk! Diese Schreibtischunterlage sieht sehr schön aus. Die Farbe ist schön und die Unterlage ist sehr weich und legt sich schnell gerade. Die Größe deckt den Schreibtisch sehr gut ab. Ich würde sie wieder kaufen 👍🏻

I ordered this to protect a new (rather expensive!) desk and it fits the bill perfectly. I chose the beige/light brown colour (the name escapes me) so that it wouldn’t stand out too much against the wood and it blends in reasonably well. The mat is quite thin which is a plus in my book as I wanted it to look subtle, but it protects my furniture from scrapes and scratches.It arrived rolled up so I rolled it the other way, securing with hair bobbles, and used a hair dryer on it to flatten it out which seemed to do the trick. It sits perfectly flat now a few days later.I can’t fault it for the price!

Nice colour, but needed to really flatten it out with something heavy, coz otherwise it doesn't lay flat on the desk, so a bit disappointed on that.
