Hi Marley S. This dissolved oxygen test kit is a titration method. You need to add the reagent#1-3 following the instruction at back side of the box and then titrate by the reagent#T and count the number of drop that you turn the water color from brown/yellow to clear/transparent. Each drop that you add is equal to 0.5 ppm of dissolved oxygen that you have in the water sample.
